國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英文版翻譯格式及指南
為適應(yīng)我國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織和我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放的需要，局開(kāi)始將一部分國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯成英文。在翻譯過(guò)程中，不少有關(guān)單位建議對(duì)翻譯的格式和通用用語(yǔ)進(jìn)行規(guī)范。成立了《國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文版翻譯指南》編制工作組，開(kāi)始指南的起草工作。編制《國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文英文版翻譯指南》的目的是：
1． 對(duì)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中需要統(tǒng)一的格式進(jìn)行規(guī)范
2． 對(duì)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中需要統(tǒng)一的語(yǔ)句和用詞進(jìn)行規(guī)范
3． 對(duì)與現(xiàn)行GB1.1及ISO/IEC導(dǎo)則要求有出入的老格式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本中有必要進(jìn)行調(diào)整的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行規(guī)范。
本指南適用于將我國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯成英文文本的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化中心
二、格式
2.1 等同/修改（等效）采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)使用原英文版本，并符合ISO/IEC指南21（1999版）的要求。
2.2 對(duì)于非等效采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在翻譯時(shí)應(yīng)盡可能與原英文版本格式保持一致。
2.3 對(duì)于非采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在翻譯時(shí)應(yīng)盡可能以相應(yīng)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為格式參考。
2.4 封面和首頁(yè)格式見(jiàn)附錄A和附錄B。
